That Computer Guy offers remote support services for your PC. Please note the following requirements:

• PC must be in functioning condition
• You must have an active internet connection

In many cases problems with your PC can be diagnosed and even repaired with a remote support session. This can save travel time by eliminating an on-site service call and get your problems solved faster. Some examples:

• Virus/Malware detection and removal
• Disk maintenance
• Software installation, configuration and updates.
• Email client configuration

I can even help with basic software training for common applications.

Remote support fees

First 1/2 hour of session (minimum charge) : $32.50

Additional time billable in 15 minute increments: $16.25

Payment method and billing information will be requested when Remote Support Session is scheduled. I can accept major credit cards- Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
